It's a real address but have you not heard of "serviced offices". Did anyone actually ring this serviced office? Not that you would have talked to Jacko anyway.

Well from what I've just read, I have to say I'm horrified and it's really not looking great. I can't believe that you haven't had a response to your repeated emails.

I hope you all get your money back.

i dont think thats going to do much anyways, coz if the fund is closed then why would there be anyone there anymore?
if i used every commercial EA i would be a brazilianare by next week!!!!

When someone starts referring to "investor" money as small sums it usually means they don't have it. Jacko claimed to be trading huge size, 5k USD would be nothing but pocket change that he could easily transfer from his own account. When you are making big money, 5k is nothing. When you are scamming and stealing, then 5k is probably more than you can pay back.

Good luck to all who invested. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

No, I meant did anybody ring the number before they joined the fund. Serviced or virtual offices just answer the phone for all their clients. They are always there - it's their clients that aren't.

I was in his group for a while and I recall getting sms' from the UK and Singapore with his signals. I didn't think much about it at the time. I changed cell numbers a few months ago and never bothered updating with him. Anyone else recall the different countries?

One telephone number has +44 (UK)
Another has +61 (Australia)

EDIT: Maybe I'm showing +61 because of his trip to Australia.

I see this thread has been moved from the commercial forum to the under evaluation forum..
I wonder if FF is starting to sweat a bit hoping the jacko group wont get together and start a class action law suit ....... disclaimer or not , get a good lawyer and that little disclaimer won't hold water............

Though the old adage of Buyer Beware in anything still certainly holds true and the jacko investors should have done a lot more due diligence before sending money off to a far away land imparts a degree of responsibility to them .... They could still raise hell with FF.

It probably got moved because the thread rating dropped (number of votes). That's what determines which forum the thread belongs in. It has to maintain 3.5 stars to remain in the regular commercial forum.
