and was listed under the
Jackson Fortress Asset Management Ltd page of the investors blog

Were you an investor too ?

I just got some chinese chap who said it was a wrong number

I don't remember seing that number, but +65 is from Singapore and +852 is from Hong Kong, so that number is from Singapore...

It was right at the start of the traders blog that listed all the terms, conditions and agreements of the fund.
I printed it off when I joined the fund May 2009.

You guys have nothing to worry about. As soon as the Arabs and the Israelis sign a peace treaty, 100% of the funds will be returned. The key is to have patience as the other poster said. Regards.

Is he still trading with his turtles though...i hope they are making good pips...coz if you lose mny following his signals and lose the capital you invested with him, it will be a shame.

I know this topic will be an easy one to heckle back and forth about. I just wish you understood how upset we are. This happens to be my entire savings. I found it quite intersting that someone would post that we need more patience. I have been patient. We simply want communication.

agreed its about 100k usd to me. and my overdraft is maxed. i have to pull my 10k personal forex account to pay bills. on monday i raise scam reports to feds and hsbc in hong kong what else can i do or beleave?

If he was scamming you guys, why would he bother to say in his blog that he is returning funds to investors and then continue with blog?

considering moneys involved fund blogg records wped. no email responce since 27. and mobile number used to send sms signals is disconnected. hard to take it any other way

Well guys i feel for you, its not at all nice when people lose there money, and as far as i know this could all still end up ok. But the big problem is obviously nobody did any due dilligence before investing ,did you not think before sending money into another country to be managed by someone you dont know, that there could be problems and how you going to solve them. What would you do if jacko got run over?? is he licensed to do this by any financial authority.Who has any authority to do anything with the accounts apart from jacko. are the accounts segregated or secured in any way or are they just known as jackos assets and would be taken as such by anyone claiming money off jacko. Hell guys you dont even have an address for jacko or know where the funds are. I sincerely hope this is just an unfortunate series of hiccups and it all ends well.

i am reading all this things and i a bit confused so my opinion is ( if anyone cares)
1. anyone can say that was in the found even i ( someone called me Jacko ones i am a member but did not invest in found and i am not Jacko
2. international transfers doesn't not take so much time that's for sure
3. communication in such situation is most important issue ,sending the email does not cost and doesn't not take much time
4. he is updating the blog every day so he is there
5. i have learned a lot from Jacko and i do admire his attitude to trading also i have earned money from his lessons
6. i didn't received reply to my email send some time ago also
7. if i send a money especially that money, i do have every necessary information ( documents etc.) to get my money beck or get the guy
8. if i were his age i would not spend my time teaching anyone, which he apparently did , so big respect for him
9. i am still a big fun of Jacko and i would join the group one more time
10. i can be patient when we talk about trading i am not patient when someone is having my money and should be on my account.

Lol, if/when these funds get returned, I will laugh hard. If they don't, I will be shocked.

Just check my bank account which should received the refund and no refund there yet. How much more time is a resonable wait time before bank transfer should be happening? Jacko should contact each investor to give an account of the fund balance to support the amount he is transferring back. So far neither events happen yet. He is an experienced businessman (as he claims) and he should know how sensitive this issue is. You don't hold some one's money and cut off communication. Surely don't wish Hong Kong police or Interpol will be involved if he does intend to return the fund to investors as he stated. What can the investors do next? How much more waiting? Perhaps this site is the only place where all investors can unite for some actions if their funds are not returned within reasonable time.

it would feel insecure if my fund still yet to be returned, but if he is off for a long time, just give him a bit more time(dont know how long, maybe another 1 month? lol)

To be honest I would not be in the least bit shocked. Why on earth anyone would send a significant amount of their hard earned coin to some random internet forum poster (no disrespect to this Jacko character meant) I will never understand. Maybe I am too pessimistic..... :-)

He is not updating the blog anymore.... His SL was hit (if he ever placed an order) and he never sent an SMS when he placed the order

Who is for the prosecution and who is for the defence? Who goes first in court and who will be the judge?

I think hes pulled off a scam; Mark his broker friend never existed, nor did the investors 'Mark' recruited.

I even bet that fooker ForexMick was him....
