This business is all about Patience and how you view the market from an MM (am still struggling with this as everyone seems to have their own style so am slowing building my own style) point of view........it has taken me quite sometime to realise and understand that PATIENCE is key in this business.........just a few weeks ago i used to look at charts more than 15 times a day..........but these days i only look at charts 3 times a day and only for 10 minutes..............so u see where am headed............DO NOT FORCE THE TRADE LET THE TRADE COME TO YOU....like yesterday.....did a good long on AUDCHF....Pinbar........T/P hit this morning.....................cheers

To those who have invested with Jacko of which I am one:

As much as I want to think Jacko being honest and honorable, the fact he has not acknowledged any one's emails (especially from the investors) is a bit unusual & worrisome. He used to be much better than that. He is now holding some one's money which he does not intend to trade any more. This is a sensitive time. He should be giving investors assurances, even personally, that the mails are received. I hope he would clarify this in his trading blog why he did not reply emails like before. He said he had tons of mail to catch up after his vacation. But 3 weeks had gone by. At least he can selectively reply only the small group of investors in his trading group. Just wondering what steps can be taken if a reasonable wait & see period is up and no money returned and no mails replied? Does Forex Factory have his personal information? Just hope he can resolve this matter professionally and peacefully.

I have never been involved with something like this.

I am an old fashioned bank type guy...the idea of a bank account where you just supply an email address sounds a bit fishy to me. All our transactions are done by bank transfers. I have been searching around the internet for anything tagged "Wayne Jackson" and came across this thread with other people saying that they are not receiving any responses to their emails either.....seemed like a good place to post it....eh?

What would you do/where would you have put it?

Bank Transfers take time..pens were from and were its going to.. and pens if his bank has a connection with your bank.. or it could go second or third hand.. also it will go from the international department his end to your inter department.. some times it can take 2 weeks..If u dont believe me contact your international dept and run it by them..In some cases if your bank is small it may use a proxy with some other bank.. also pens were the money has been routed throu.. maby its been sent via the South Pole and if so will have to go throu Panama.. FOR GODS sake take it easy.. he is an old bloke.. an AMX citizen.. and no wonder he doesnt want to trade for u all.. The winging that goes on.. who needs it.. Get on to your international branch..and check it out..Oh and also only a dummy would use Pay Pal..THE FK ups that go on there.

hi he uses hsbc my main account is hsbc. iv withdrawn from the fund before. transfer took 1 working day.

Am now in trouble with my house so time to act. Ironicly i was going pro once this came back. instead it take me out of the forex no capital to grow and a big loan to pay off and no life savings.

Time to go feds or interpole or at least i am

Jacko came back on 19th July and looks like he hasnt replied to emails since which explains why your late july email hasnt been answered. He said he has a mountain of emails to get through.

You people who invested must be pulling youir hair out, any idea how big the fund was?

About 150-200K (that's the trading group members combined). There were also nine investors brought in by Mark, Jacko's trading buddy, each of whom invested 250K, according to Jacko.

I really don't know when the transfers were supposed to have been made - I remember seeing a recent message on the fund blog (closed down now) saying that he would start sending the transfers starting August 9. But a message from last Thursday said that the transfers would be sent the next day (Friday). Perhaps he is having trouble with some of the transfers and wants to make sure they are ok before sending all the others? I really don't know what to think.

Are you asking for the US$ 700 back or what? This, you will never get back. I have not and will not ask for it back because i paid for service, whether i got my money's worth is a totally different thing.

On a side note, i actually did.................am just abit worried for the guyz/galz who Jacko trades their funds for them...............cheers all

I believe that those invested in the fund simply want communication. We want to be assurred that everything is going according to plan and our funds are going to be returned. It is out of character , as we all know, for him to not respond. Even when he is ill, he would let us know that he would get back to us when he was able to. It is difficult for those of us who had invested our savings to be in a position where we are hoping that our funds will be returned. After reading your post , I see you feel strongly about our willingness to wait. I see your point, however that is not our concern. We are all willing to wait , we all have waited, and continue to do so. We simply would like some sort of communication from him or his office. I do not think it was an issue of whether or not he wanted to trade for us, he stated quite the contrary. I believe that we were all supportive of him and his trading which is why we invested. I guess I am just asking that you see our perspective as well.
