But it doesn't really matter where you read it, the thing is that you did read it and absorbed what it said. Excellent, that's the first sensible post you've made in this thread. It shows you're thinking about this stuff instead of jerking off to ideas about moving the market yourself!

You're forgetting something, the currencies being traded, I mean who trades the sol! If you're doing some research on the subject then have a look for BOJ (MoF), they were notorious for intervention, but a lot of it was rhetoric and jawboning, any hint that they were defending a particular USD/JPY level and the market exploited it, it was a no-brainer trade to buy at certain levels! Here's a link to get you started, 10 years old now but it will give you an idea.

Hope that help....and for goodness sake quit quoting FF rules, it makes you look like a real wanker!
