I dont know how to draw the lines and stuff, I know that PA was below the both alf's but it was to my undersstanding that everything was suppose to be below the mtf alf, still great work though

Look at something long enough, you will eventually get it.

OK, I see what your looking at. With the present indictaor the red line is not coded into the alert. I will do some testing to see if it should be added, what does everyone think? The thing is the calculations are done real time on each tick but I believe the lines are not up to date with the calculations so may lag untill the candle closes and they are updated. I thought the red line was part of the exit stradegy. I believe the red line is part of the "Instant_Trendline" indicator. The light gray dotted line I thought was the "ALF-MTF", and everything is below it where the arrow is.
I could always add the "ALF-MTF" if it looks like it may help. One day of testing doesn't tell much yet. By the end of next week maybe I will have a better idea as to how it is going to work. Alerts always look good on past history but can falll flat on their face when forward tested.

Im a big fan of your work seller I like what you did with THV, Im just trying to understand this system based on the rules, you still made the pips you just got in a little early it seems

I just checked the code for the ALF-MTF and the "Instant_Trendline" indicators. The red and yellow lines are part of the "Instant_TrendLine" indicator, the yellow is the trend and the red is the trigger. The Light Gray dotted line is the "ALF-MTF" indicator. According to Pilotui's rules you would use the red line as a trigger for an exit. I didn't see in his rules where he was using the "ALF-MTF" but in the example trade everything is below the Light Gray dotted line which is the "ALF-MTF".
Thanks for the comments, I am open to any suggestions as to make for a better alert. Will see by the end of next week as to how it runs and maybe can then tweak it some more.
Edit: It seems a lot of the times you get a pull back after an entry, which hopefully doesn't pull back to your Stop Loss and take you out. But what do you do, wait and hope you get a pull back for the next entry or enter on the first setup, kind of a toss up.

I was just going over the template and do see where the "ALF-MTF" is used, so I will take a look and see if I should re-code the last rule so it uses "ALF-MTF".
I was using cut through ALF instead of cut through ALF-MTF. Will see about changing it.

Edit: I have changed the last trigger so rather than the Sinal Line(Yellow) cutting through Alf, it has been changed to Signal Line(Yellow) cutting through "ALF-MTF" 30.
Edit: Actually, I think I missed the MTF alert all together, so I just need to add one more alert to mix, rather than change one.

Thanks for pointing out my error on the alert, sometimes it takes a while to get me pointed in the right direction.
I appreciate the help.
I have added one more trigger to the others so the last one will now be the Yellow trend line cutting thru the "ALF-MTF".
If anyone else sees something I am missing please let me know so I can correct it.
I will have to wait until next week to test out the new settings.
At the present the old one is running on 4 pairs, will see what it looks like tonight when I get home.

Well it looks like I still didn't state everything correct. After I got home and looked at a real chart I now see what is what and changed the alerts to be correct. Sorry if I got anyone mixed up over what lines were what on the chart. Looks like I was the only one not seeing correctly. So here is what I think they are.

seller9, I have been testing this system and I have some observations. I find that ALF is a great guide for trading but, like any system, you need trading experience to profit from this. It is only a tool not the answer to inexperience. One comment on the signals, so far, I have found any signals attached to this chart as more bothersome than useful. The main reason is that the signals do not take into account the trends (either dominate or intraday). Until there is a signal that can do that, I find signals not very helpful.

I must say that the ALF approach as a whole is most interesting and I have been experimenting with it on demo for a week. I would not go live with it until it proves itself under a variety of conditions. As an added tool in the arsenal it is obvious that it is most useful. I love it on the H1 tf and find it very helpful there. Lower tf's can give far too many signals for my liking. Oddly, it does not seem to be helpful on H4 and above. Personally, I only view lower tf's for exit as I am trading longer trends.

This is 15m set ups and entries. 1st bar that breaks 20sma or alf is signal bar. Break of signal bar is entry, with stochastic agreement.

Chris, Dotted line is Gann Hi-lo, arrows are 2/7sma cross. Cross is the TDI indicator.
