I agree that having all 10 gives you a much more accurate and safe trade...I was just concerned about it being too late in the trend to take any pips. Have you had any trouble with it jumping in too late in a trend?

Yes that would work, but I like less charts and the EA has most of it built in already

Yes i have that problem, that where you need to balance the $$ management. Trades will go wrg, so you need to limit the amount loss, not just thru a stop loss, but try exit via Indicators, Level Exits, or no entry close to trend lines

Here's a tip,try something a bit different, if you are using all Trix MTF (for example...all ten lights), set the Reverse signal option to True, you now have the system taking trades opposite to your entry creteria. You now trading counter trend.

Similar to trading with Bollinger bands, Once you cross the lower or upper limits, there will be a retrace to the center (what goes up must come down as Bob always say).

It's the retrace you are setting up for by going with all 10 lights and Reverse Signals.

Remember, this is just to test.

Hi, all

I am a newbie so sorry if my ? is stupid.
I can not seem to change my lot size?
It keeps opening 0.05lot. I have try every thing.
What i would like to do is open trade with default settings and close 75% of lot at tp1 and close rest of lot at tp2(sl brake even at tp1 wit traling sl of x pips)

Please can some one help me!

Which broker are u using? File looks good, .2 lots, 75% take TP1...

Yes, I know but when i trade live and back test it only opens 0.05 lots

Hawk, I will look at the Tadawulf broker and let you know tommorrow, I imported your set files and tested on FXCM(0.1LOTS), FXDD, MBT and it works fine.

Hi, im a newbie on forex and had just discovered this interesting thread and thank you all for your contributions

If i want to set on the 5M chart the thv ea running for a by signal on fast trix higher time frame ie on m15 how do i have to set:

fasttrix direction: 202m15,

is that rue for a signal detection on closed candle only

and that's about the freshsignal settings ?

Hi guys,
there is a point about the opening of positions by the EA that i don't understand.
My doubt is because i have set the EA to open positions when price cross coral and MTF TRIX (only first 4 light) are all red or green. Another entry conditions i haven't specified. For example today the EA has open several positions when the conditions are not verified (TF M5).
Can you help me?
I post my set file...

The Fast Trix for M5/M15/M30/H1 and price is above Coral of the Chart Time frame?

You are using 2 at the beginning of the entries, this means "unclosed candles" for better confirmation try "1" for closed candles.

try using it on the lower Tf's and leave the higher Tf to 2

ok i post a screen shot (in yellow circle a positions that i don't understand).
I'm testing it on 5M; from analysis on charts it feel good enough.
