How do you deal with bars that have long tails like this hammer bar that formed. I'm thinking about a long, but it seems like a wider stop than Id like to take.

Here is my view on UJ. I don't understand the reasoning why you want to fight the trend which is downward according to 240-min chart. Also PA is the key .
My charts are self explanatory if you have any doubt I will try to clear.

Hi here are some charts i have made for the last 2 days. Some are from a teamviewer session i did. I am also including my template for those that are interested for the gbpusd pair action reaction. load a gbpusd chart and to change your fib tool properties just select the fib tool on the chart template, go through the tabs, and hit ok and your fib channel will now be an action reaction tool for drawing equidistant action reaction lines.

I highly recommend this book also

I have been trading the C $ - I use Forks 95% of the time because I do not see action reaction lines consitantly enough. Time Morge says - thats ok use the forks.

Measurement is the point from where I measured the vertical distance between two top lines and projected the equal distance downwards.
