You can count pips as you wish , the most important thing is that the method is profitable , and this method is really one of the best out there. Yesterday I took 50 pips on gchf

First of all the method is great no doubt about it.
the only problem is the pips counting on FXadvice website especially for newbie who has not follow the thread properly
i was asking him about it before and got the same answer as you.
I suggest 2 scenario:
1. half position closed at the first target and the other kept for 2nd or BE - than you can add all positive pips but the loosing ones when the stop loss is hit you must double counted (as 2 postion were closed not one) so no -80 but -160
2. you only wait for first target and close everything then you ignore profits higher then 50 and just count them as 40 or 50 maximum

Never the less the method is still the greatest one on this forum.

Yeah, I agree.
And I also agree that calls are good. That's why I think Nick doesn't need to make results better than they are.
As somebody counted before, if you close all on first target (usually 40-50 pips) or on stoploss -80 pips, the method is still profitable and it's whats going on!

It dosent matter how the count is done, so long as its clear, honest and understandable. FXadvice passes all with flying colours and is doin a great job sharing his calls on this thread.

Thanks for your reply. as i sent the link of my reply that sent before, we have many method to manage our trade and trader can select each one of them or anything else base on his idea. and i never try to show anything bigger or smaller than it was. I simply give you targets and show the results base on market action.

Sad with all rude people i can understand if there is something you dont get or something that you dont agree on or need to be explained. I am sure Nick or other people will explain for you just ask, i my self have had 1000 of questions to nick and he have answeard them and he got patience.


What i dont understand is why some people have to be rudeŽ, but i guess that is just how some peole are unfortenatly.


Nick and others have explained the count and we that are members of Nicks vip group the ones that pay are verry happy with Nick and his signals and we now how to count it is simple really.


When it i say + 40 or 50 pips everyone know it is first target the only one that got hit when it is more pips it is second target. How you play it is up to you you can cut half you can let all run to second or first target or whatever it depends on what you like.



I have follow Nick for sometime and im verry happy his signal has a high hit rate almost just 2 losses in a mounth the rest winners or BE. and he is verry honest with his results, if he was not i would run i cant put my money on liers..........



so really it is up to you if you devide your your position and go for target 2 then just count all winners together and divide by 2 it is that simple.

To a lot of people out there, Forex is unpredictable and all of us know that.

Hey nick, if I might make a suggestion, can you also send an email about WHEN YOU EXIT your trade. I know that your exits are true to the results you publish on your website (thanks to the accnt statements uve shared with me). I think it will silence all critics and will help us make that extra 40-50 pips everytime too.

Nick's method is profitable, and ive traded it for 2 months.

it is profitable even if you take all out at first target, however sometimes you might have to increase position size after loss which is very dangerous.

HOWEVER, bear in mind few things:

1) Nick strategy is going AGAINST the trend.
2) There must be at least 75% winners or more.
3) Many times, my entry price and Nicks entry price has difference of 8-15 pips. 50 pips target -10 pips give 40 pips profit, against 80 pips stop loss,which is a pretty dangerous R:R.


ALL in all, it still makes money if you know how to tweak your money management. Cheers.

Hi ,

About trend please note the time frame that you are opening your chart will be important to find out market trend, maybe on H1 you see downward trend but on higher time frame you find different story.

About winning rate of my calls (above 85%) and as trader you can have your own exit point or MM. Sometimes you can hold and close your position for more than my first or second target. thats why i said before you can set next support or resistance line for your final target.

Please always remember "nothing on this business is 100%"

Sorry to say that, but driftwood and ALF_fx are correct here. Your performance statistics on your web page are not real. Could you tell what trade management you have used while calculating those statistics? For example, do you close half of the position at first TP? If you don't then why do you give TP1 and TP2 ?

Clearly, your statistics are based on the assumption that at the moment when TP1 is hit you would know whether TP2 will be also hit. But in realtime trading you cannot know that!!! But, of course, you know that when you update your performance statistics.

You signals are very good but pip counting totally wrong.
