Most brokers seem to be switching to the 5 decimals these days and there's currently no way to change it.
FXDD still use 4 if you want to try that, but they don't have so many pairs.

James16 himself touch trades off of the 365, 150, & 25 EMAs at pullbacks.
Jim has a complete system using this ema setup.
It is the base method.
I know some people on the private site do touch trades with this system.
There is a whole set of guidelines for entering trades.
Some touch trade with it and some wait for confirmation.
Can't remember which Jim does himself if he is even using this system right now.

Pin bars, outside and inside bars are discussed here but there is more to J16 than that.

yeah I don't know any brokers that allow you to take it off that are mt4. You can take them off on Oanda they are called pippettes.

Even FXDD is moving to 5 digits soon. Recently there was an eamil from them announcing this change.

2) 23 Fib from previous bull run
3) In line with upward trend
4) On ascending LTL
6) 1 hr shows a pin bar with a nice tail

To all you full time traders or guys doing this part time with consistency, I'd really love to see some charts and trades taken. Not at all in a "trade call" sort of way, but it seems most charts posted are in hindsight, I'm not to shabby at trading like that ;-) Whether it was a winner or a loser, or one you're still in, it would be great if you could post a chart, explain why you got in, what you're liking/not liking with where it's at now, what you're looking for ect. Thanks! Look forward to learning from you!
