lol, 10$ a pip? you are gonna trade in 100k unit, with an $10k account (assuming 10 Pip stop loss and 1% rule) just to aim and make 10 pips a day? don't even get me started on the $100 pip

Why not ??

Thats the advantage of stalking the market all day for a 10 pip highly probable setup, your going to get your 10pips 90%+ of the time IF you can master it, so why not $100 per pip, 10 Standard Lots with a normal account doable with 2 clicks of your mouse.

1% rule isn't a rule, its a sensible requirement for longer term near enough 50/50 trading, but scalping you can risk much more, if your rarely losing.


This isn't my plan by the way I'm after 50pips per day average multiple trades all scalps, get that cracked then move slowly upto $10 per pip and $500 per day sorted!!
Nothing to it, but to do it!!! Stick to the plan FOOL!!!!

My bank account proves it's not easy as it's well empty

Fear I've turned into just not trading on the fear of losses but hey lack of time is a factor to.

Itīs like talking to mountains when try to say scalping can work.
Even i before think short time traiding not work and years try to get long time traiding to work.

So so many times they just turn against my positions and give some -30pip.
All time i tress my positions or waiting next possibly enter point.

I looked all my free time to pc, all time in work i looked my internet phone.

All that makes me being just a liten positive side.


It cost all my time and my marriage.

No new start and all have changed.

New wife
just few hours traiding
fast scalping and it work.

Good start places for scalping are FXCM UK more leverage

and Oanda. with Oanda can open real account like 1$
and trade 0.001 $ super micro trades, its better than try demo traiding.

MT4 brokers hmm ...no thanks

Then next level is "real" ENC brokers

In Scalping first and main thing is how you trade
that you will winn 9 of 10 trades. ?

if/when can then all rest is just matematical numbers.

This is the best way I know of. Wait for momentum and hitch a 10 pip ride after a pull back when the market turns back again. It doesn't work every time, and you need experience to understand ideal entry and when to cut.

Consider these scalps all except one traded long on the Euro on Friday. I was trading long at the top in the high 1.29's. Didn't matter, momentum was long after 200+ pip run up and I was trading with it.
I was risking 3 pips (1%) and targeting 6pips (2%)
most of which was all done manually due to the speed required. Some trades I managed to get stops in place either at -3, B/E or +3 I started out 2% down after price moved to fast against me on the first trade. All other losses were kept below 1%
There were 10 trades and I only won 5, so 50% win rate. I won more on my winners than I lost on my losers because there was momentum present and I was trading in that direction. Trading took less than 1 hour. I finished up 18 pips and 6% in front

To get 10 pips a day, put up this indicator.

When price is moving towards a xx00 number, buy/sell 5 pips before it and close at 5 pips after it. It works quite a bit. A bit of discretion is needed as you need some momentum to get through the number.

I'd read the book Beat The Forex Dealer. There's a nice strategy inside on how to steal a few pips from your broker around round numbers in overbought/oversold markets.

When the European session opens you may find that the market will clearly pin point direction with momentum. On a pull back you will be able to enter with a few risk free pips. With a little training you will be able to pull this trade off.

One way that may work is a breakout from an important resistance. You can enter right when it breaks and place a loss just below the resistance, giving you a good reward to risk.
