Right again! It's because I have the new Apple 4G Crystal Ball Got locked into a long-term contract, has bad long-distance, but apparently is great at predicting Fundie Data

HI all,
Just got home from work. Saw the news, well if these figures are true, then I dont know where I am living. As you guys said, the govts have a funny way of reporting figures.
Anyways, from today, for a period of three weeks, I am paying more attention to my astrological charts as we are entering a very crucial period. I am quite certain of movements and their effects and hence the following will be my trades and strategies:

1. Commodities will trade lower starting from Friday. Will sell and accumulate positions upon any rise.
2. Commodity currencies such as CAD and AUD will trade lower against USD, so sell against any rise ( I have done so in AUD at current market price). I dont trade CAD, but i think its time to sell against any sharp rise.
3. Sell CHF against USD ( or going long USDCHF). Again I dont trade this. but will watch.
4. start accumulating shorts on DJ from late NY session today tight SL( I am not sure about the top, last cycle before similar eclipse was 10700, I hope it doesnt get there before trn around).
5. As mentioned before, my target is 7% drop on DJ, and 3% on currencies. I am staying neutral on EU, have a short on it but will not add.
I think after this eclipse we have a long bull run in the DOW. Time to make money without fear.

I am going for it in this round and if I am correct, dinner will be on me in LA if you guys can make it there!

A/U... Came up shy of 88 and has started to sell off...Figured this might happen since the S&P rallied 3% in two days. Needs a little cooling off before the next leg up. Nice bearish candles on these charts though!

Hey Saxon,

nice thread. I wonder what initial SL you use for bounces like the Cable short today (R1 + 38.2 fib). Do you use hard stops?
These days S+R levels often get spiked more than usual and too narrow stops would take you out. On the other side when I see huge moves vs. dollar like the past days I want to take first profit as soon as possible when I am trading pro dollar.

I have no trouble spotting reaction points to enter, but I haven't found a sound method to place the right stop in the right market environment. Maybe you can help me with that. Thanks in advance!

Hi Janson. I have a feeling Saxon is going to be away from the desk for most of the day...looks like he was trading for nearly 24 hrs straight. He's a machine!

It is how I trade the S/R bounces. I've noticed that most A/U M15 candles are 5-10 pips long so with a beast like G/U I usually use a 15 - 20 pip initial S/L. I hope this helps.
