DislikedI have read a few things on sleep, and it seems at least 5 to 6 hours of solid sleep in a row are a requirement for a healthy body.
Unfortunately.
I used to try to get up with every 4 hour bar, and I wore down and got sick (and I rarely, if ever, get sick).
Reading Tony Robbins, he suggests to seperate your starch carbs from your proteins, eat more fruit, and try to limit meat, and you will need less sleep.
It has helped me cut down from 7+ hours to around 6 hours of sleep.Ignored

DislikedOh hell, I wish Dan. I hate going to bed at 10 AM, waking up at 4:45 AM and then having to go back to sleep some days for another hour or two.

DislikedI used to eat meals like this a few times a day
- Chicken Breast
- Brown Rice
- Spinache
- Beans
Now I will break this up into
Meal 1
- Chicken Breast (double the serving from before)
- Spinache
- Beans
Meal 2
- Brown rice (double the serving from before)
- Spinache
- Beans
And I eat more fruit now as well (grapes, apples, blue berries, raisens, bananas).
It seems to really help.
I am so excited about life, after reading over Tony Robbin's stuff, I just hope my trading follows suit.
