hey babefx how long have you been demo'ing this 1 min open strategy? and do you have a ROI value? over a time frame?

Hi schnitzeltra,

I don't trade this method in Demo I trade it live.

The post's I made yesterday were made as a demonstration in order to try & help a few would be traders who were struggling to come to terms with the process.
The charting package I use is not from my own broker but is a free charting package from Metatrader.

I think this could well be my last post on this forum, I have deviated too much from Tony's original method & I don't think this is fair to him.

yeah my order got bumped down which was nice, and im still playing withe entry buffer.. ive only been at this strategy a short while, but it seems alot of the time, the SL being at the other end of the opening bar is a pretty good deal so far.. i think im only going to trade FF and NY, London for some reason seems more uncertain.

Just guessing here but that may be, because FF is the first important open of the day and can lead the way. London then has to "fight" with the FF guys for a direction just an hour later and NY opens several hours later when FF and London doesnt want to do much anymore and can establish a direction for price.

which also has an EA which will generate 5 sec bars in MT4, but that particular function i cant get to work correctly.. the bars are not consistently 5 seconds long, if you figure that one out let me know

Could you please explain to me what news came out at 5:17:20(sec) exactly? It is confusing me when you say pip news, if you are aware of any news that came out at that second, could you please share it with us?

Presuming that time is EST then the 3month ECB loan demand was the news that gave the Euro bullish momentum as it was far less than expected
