AUD/JPY Looks Really promising. We had the LTL channel + 50% Fib and now we can add the white TL retest.

Just below 50% fib. As usual risking a few, aiming a lot. T1 around 78.20 (38% from last swing), T2 at 79.20 (61%), that gives me like a 5:1 RRR

Can you post a chart explaining how you draw your target? Do you waiting for PA to get confirmatino or you enter directly @ 50% fibo?

Fibs plotted assuming this is the bottom. I entered already at white TL.

Here's my analysis of the AUDJPY TL using intraday VSA principles. I've just started reading about VSA about a week ago so keep in mind I'm quite new at this. Frankly, I'm still not fully convinced this stuff is of any significant meaning as tick volume =/= real volume, but the same idea applies for fib ratios and harmonic patterns and such, it all sounds like puffery to me. But, if it makes money, it makes money so I'm giving this a serious try given all the hype around here.

Swiss also near important TL for the second time after yesterday's US session open touch which found bids. Will the bids hold this time around? We shall see.

Market talk of model traders (the robotic kind) are buying around 2230 and 2200 so I took a look at what VSA was telegraphing to us. Sure enough, there is a small zone of bids halting market flow but given how price has only been pushed back marginally, not a great indication by any means.

Very interesting development in overnight ES trade. Futures are taking a nasty hit and what's interesting about it is that this move is happening during the less liquid, after-hours market. The red line represents yesterday's US equity market close. There is a sense of urgency seen here which hasn't been observed in some time. What happens from here? In my view, we drift down to test major lows on ES as the major low on the DX has just been protected and buyers are winning out right now, best seen in USD/CAD in the past couple hours.

However, now I can start all over again.

I believe this is not the end of selling.
Looking at G/U, I think it will form a possible H&S pattern and go down.

For me, it would have to clear the bids in the red zone first before I could count it as a H&S. There are a couple of things going for shorts up here though. You see cable has come back down under its long term channel top after trying to break above like I discussed here #1495. Another thing is overall USD strength which I predict will continue after we recently successful tested and rejected a major low on DX.
