do you only trade short term like that? or do you catch bigger moves as well?

Oh, these are just short term since there is nothing else going on. My high-probability stuff is a ways off and these are just good for a few pips. I trade long-term as well, but with bigger targets. If a piv lines up with a different time frame piv or S/R, then it should be a safe trade to get a quick BE set, for me. If it lines up with a "00", old S/R (swing) a piv and a fib or two, then I will trade it heavier. But until I get those, I will trade for small fish right now. However, if PA can get to that AU target, it should be a really good trade due to the confluence.

ok ok I usually take trades that last a few hours up to a few days.

and about your AU I think we might see price reach up to 8680-90 area after the initial bounce.

I like your long entry at 8605 Saxon since the lower bollinger band on H4 has opened up nicely however I'm going to try for a quick bounce at D S3 first since the 150ema on H4 lines up with it atm.

I've been messing around with this strategy for a couple of weeks and it seems to have decent results so far.
You have to wait for PA to rub against or breach the MAE and then either pick the top of the AO or just when it changes color to trade the opposite direction...the target is always the mid-point.

Just thought it was interesting.

So far so good with EU target and I traded AU S3 with you, both SL at BE. I don't trade London open so these are no risk to me now. Let's see how they roll.....

I took profit but I am waiting for your target to go long as well as the 21ema on M15 to go short.

I think this trade will be ok, London just drives me up the wall though. It's like I'm trading against an overpaid FICC trader that has a quota to make and needs to pay the mortgage on his 15M home, a porche payment, his wife's plastic surgery and tuition for his 3 snot nose little kids he shipped off to private school so he never has to see them. That is why I hate London Open

If we can survive this H1 close push, I think we will be ok. Should retrace and at least allow us to get SL to BE, then I am off to bed

Took half my trade off the table at S2, 0.6982.
4H is becoming overbought, but we still have some room to drop.

If it pulls back above the 4H 100ema, I'll probably close the rest of the position.

This is my first time trading this pair, but after I took a look at the chart Low put up, this short trade looked like good RR.

Turned out pretty well.

HI all,
Just logging in to check up on my trades. Total 192 PIPS since morning. Closing all shorts on AU, EU, and GU. Anything can happen in the US session tonight. I believe we will have a semi reversal. Going out for dinner.... See you all in late session of NY. Good Luck

That was quite a push, check out the Euro. If this trade gets to BE 0.00 I am just going to get out. London not my fav
