Maybe this is one of the AB=CD patterns.
I have just began learning this pattern, so I am not so confident, but this is what I am seeing at the moment.

You used the regular fib retracement from A to B, in order for you to find the pattern you should use fib expansion tool and click on A then drag it to B and finally to C.

Hey guys, been watching this thread for a bit of time now and would like to thank everyone for kindly sharing their thoughts, especially TLC and profxtrader. If anyone's in NYC, beer's on me.

I took this EJ channel break and bounce about 15m ago and will monitor it on an intraday basis.

You can see it more clearly here on a 5m, I got in at 56, stop at 39 for now, targeting around 50, 100 pips for each half. All of this subject to change depending on intraday conditions.

Cable has clearly led the overall risk off tone seen this session so far. EJ not performing up to par, have cut half of my trade down to limit risk, but expectations are quite low here. Also note the red down sloping TL for cable, it's a huge one extending all the way back to Jan 2010, possibilities for a bounce here as well.

Decent setup here on Euro.

Was planning to sell top of channel again after failed break. Didn't quite make it, shame.

Current Euro intraday channel. Also note EURCHF at fresh lows.

Longer term, I've got this on my radar for Euro.

GJ price action has been breathtakingly ugly as of late, but here's a nice intraday one.

Cable finding big buyers on intraday LTL and in that nice zone of obvious support/resistance. Longer term TL still holding as well.

Here's my take on ES. Also be sure to note that the equity-FX coupling has been more noticeable in AJ rather than the usual EJ lately. Both are favored carry trades in the investment community and part of the reason for this shift in attitudes may be that perhaps the EJ trade was getting a bit crowded as liquidity is a major concern here with all players keeping an eye on the exits. Will be interesting to see what kind of effect that has on Euro.

Euro nearing convergence of two intraday channels.

With about 90min till US equity open, an interesting development on ES. Double channel overlap will be the one to watch.

Intraday Euro channel failed to break above, then a bounce on the upper end.



Edit- another variation also quite bearish.



EJ coming under similar selling pressure.
