i had the same problem with the 5% close. i had opened a brand new demo so there were no trades in the history...

ps, got the same GU and EU, GU hit SL, Eu still open and -35 pips atm
Looks like a bracket in the wrong place. Can you try the update in post one, please, and go birdy if it has not worked.

No. That was what was weird. Brand new demo account with a fresh $5k of play money in it and no trades taken yet, and despite this the on-screen display was telling me that the 5% target had been reached so play time was over. Very odd .

EDIT: Just saw your updated post. Will try new version and speak out if this happens still. Cheers!

looks like its fixed, it hasnt shut anything down when loaded, will wait for a balance thats 5% to see if it closes then correctly..

have the Eu short still open, will simone monitor this as the fibs have disappeared now its outside of its trading hours?

It will not close anything. It will simply take no more trades.

Does this EA tend to perform well in back testing or is it one that we can only really forward test?

Just got finished loading the EA on several pairs. Two sell trades on EU and EJ currently in profit. Very nice visual on the FIBS. Should work very well on manual trading also and other pairs.

you will see the EU trade has been open since yesterday. i have the trade times set to default so when simone became active again at 7 am this morning i got the global profit has been reached message but it didnt close the EU trade. Any ideas??

have switched the closure off so that trades can be taken today..

Yes. Read the damn user guide - it is full of useful information.

The next person daft enough to bleat about this gets added to my 'ignore' list.
There is a crass error in the half-close code. I forgot to add a check that the trade had not already half-closed, so one of mine go closed in two halves.

This is an essential download if you are using half-close. If not, you can wait until we have the updated fib code in place.

The occasional bug surfaces, and I just had to squish another that was preventing the intraday redraw/tp update after a retreat from T1.

I think this is an essential download.

Installed Simone yesterday, kept her awake all night, and this morning she made my day with her lovely pips. I love Simone. Bravo to the team !
