comment on bars

can someone explain how i can write a comment above the corresponding bar ie signal "buy" above the bar signal generated

in an indicator context you want to research the 'text' object and it's parameters which from memory are time for the x position and price for the y position

That has to be done with objects, very messy. Better to use an up arrow which can be done with standard buffers.

ok so how can this be done do you have the code for this

ie my outputs for confirmation VCS = -1 ,1, 2, -2 and 3

i would like a different coloured arrow ie -1 , say Red , -2 Yellow ,1 green, 2 blue and say 3 white
