That really is as good as it can probably be - so very nice.
What bits did you tweak from the BOJ play.

The GBPJPY is the trigger.

If combined XXXJPY RSI is < 10 on 15M and GBPJPY swing high on 1H then SELL
If combined XXXJPY RSI is > 90 on 15M and GBPJPY swing low on 1H then BUY

Lots = AccountBalance / 70000

TP = Lots * 100(0), 4 or 5 digit broker.

Using the higher ticking GJ as the trigger looks interesting.

I dont know yet if it has any legs but 7.5% in 24 hours looks promising.

I am running a new test which looks promising although it has been running for less than 48 hours.

It is using a TrailingStop of 25(0)

Looked like it had a nasty hanging basket yesterday my time, but then I check again and it is closed in profit. Very nice. Looks like it could be a winner, this one. Cheers, Scoobs!

Yeah, at one point the DD was 5%. In a live enviornment i would have probably closed it out at around 2.5% but I just wanted to see what happens if I let it run.

In theory it should return to a profit unless it encounters an interest rate change affecting JPY.

I am looking into building in a neural network type trainer for it.

Sounds very sophisticated. Does MT4 allow for an EA to "learn"? Is this a matter of the EA storing relevant data and recalling it later?

The other thing is that most of us are not looking for 18% gain in a few days, so running with a lower lot size would keep things under control. Looking good anyway!

I shut down my demo to make room for tests on some other of Steve's inventions. My conclusion of 2MAMACD is that it was capable of being profitable in the long run, but it did not seem to be as profitable or consistent as others. In a few weeks I may come back to this bot to resume further testing.
