You could try scriptlance.com, just post up your ideas and programmers will bid on them. Ive used MarceloMarkez a few times and have been quite satisfied. Thats if you dont get many responses here.

If you have a successful strategy and need complete privacy I would not recommend freelancer websites where could be few more people process your request but choose some serious individual coder.

Right, I never post the entire idea, just a brief write up of what I am looking to do. Maybe 2-3 paragraphs, that way they understand what they are up against. Once I have chosen the programmer an NDA is agreed upon and signed by both parties and only then will I send the full documentation. Last time I sent the guy a 35 page pdf file with everything in it.

The other reason I like it is that you can put the money into an escrow account. That way the programmer wont get paid until you are happy. Once payment is made is typically when they will release the source code to you.

At least with a site like that you can see if the programmer has done other projects and how the customer rated them, unlike some of the people that say they will program your stuff here and then run off with it. Or not have the experience to complete the project to your satisfaction.
