Currently working on the 7:00 PM EST back test and rockin out to Motely Crue! So far, so good! Will post results when I'm done.

That's what you want- the results of a forward test.

Forward testing your rules will let you know if you need to change them.

Hey traders,

I just attached an updated spread sheet to post #1 that has the back test results for 7:00PM EST. It returned just over 2500 pips in 16 months (01/09-04/10). The results include trading on Sunday. However, I'm currently looking back at the data to see if trading Sunday night is lucrative. My first impression is no but we'll see.

I'm still live on this mornings trade, shame on me forgot to place my stop-loss! I'm testing live, .01 lots, currently at 42 pips. Retirement is just around the corner at this rate!

You're crackin me up mitch!! I'd move that stop up to break even if I were you.
Maybe you should use the scripts that I've provided in post #1.

I never get stopped out. I sometimes get phone calls from my broker asking me to add money to my account but I never hit Stops.

Michael, in your 7:00 PM backtests, I assume you mean EST correct?

Are you still looking at 3 bars? The 7-7:30, then the 7:30-8, then the 8-8:30. Is that correct?

WoW!! Great timing. I just finished. Yes, I am still looking at 3 bars and yes I mean Eastern Standard Time.

The bars are actually 6:30-7, 7-7:30, and 7:30-8 (all EST)

I've updated the spread sheet in post #1. Take a look. I think that trading on Sunday night makes things a bit more smooth. What do you all think?
