Fxpro no connection

fxpro says no connection, anybody else?

I had that for a fair while - when it came back i had missing data - ive lost the actual low prices the market reached as it went offline !

Refresh has not fixed it - can anyone suggest a fix - this type of thing can really skew the visual of the chart - if i pull a fib, i have the incorrect low to pull it to !!

Pls help

you might try downloading the history again. although if the server totally crashed then it may not have the history data until they load it.
