FXPRO Connection Problem

Hi ,

I just signed up and funded my live account with fxpro . I have having a very strange problem. I am able to login , but unable to place any orders MARKET OR PENDING ORDERS , I get a NO CONNECTION , were as the connection is live and kicking , the demo works perfectly well . I am able connect and trade with order MT4 brokers . The support is unable to help.

Has this happend with anybody else ?

Is this a problem at my end ?

Is this deliberate ?

Any inputs is much appreciated .

Have you bothered speaking with the broker?

I happen to have an accoutn with FXPro, and I'm trading fine.

Yes I have bother myself for over two hrs.
If that's the case, it's probably best to pull your money out now. It seems that--for you--it's not working fully.

Finally I got an answer , it was because my , passport scan was of an expired passport , They said they will enable it once I send them a valid Passport scan.

UPDATE : My account is now working fine .

I am glad you finally got that problem resolved. I now hope that your able to trade and make a lot of pips.

Actually the same story happened with me. They've said that i had an old proof of address there they've opened and account as 'read only'. Afther i sent it, half an our - it worked just fine. Still trading there.

Actually, no offense to others, but FxPro is really nice place to trade in MT4...
I know it sounds a bit odd, like - they are good and a full stop, but just cant find anything i dislike.. interesting. I'll pop-up into another FxPro thread.
their platform freezes sometimes. as today during ecb pressconference. and sometimes when you try to close a losing trade
I Dont like this broker at all.

it is not very difficult to open an account there. at some firms you will have headache with gathering documents. and they accept cards without comission. at some places the comission can be about 25 bucks for deposits/withdrawals via cards. so for a biginner 25 pips only for deposit/withdrowal it hurts. It is also good when you can deposit with virtual cards, then your funds on the plastic cards are safe.
Hey!!! whats wrong? i havnt been able to trade since 3 hours ago till now!!!And now there is still "no connection" in their terminal. does anyone have the same????
that's what i see at the present moment in their terminal. and their chat support is unawailable since several hrs ago. no offence to them just the fact as it is.

Connection is normal today. Maybe you can try restart your pc.
didn't help. i don't know what the problem is, as i my internet connection is ok.
Are you trying different servers?
yes i tried different servers. i willnot post about it anymore not to look if i had anything against them. seems u guys have the connection.
I don't have any connection problem the whole day today.
Are you guys using live account?

If yes, how many server do you see on your list? Just want to double check.
