The market has opened 35 minutes ago and I still can't trade, what joke is this?

1 hour and still can't trade... I have lost 2 sell stops that have not work with +50 pips each one... This broker is a total waste of time, I'm gonna look for another, bye.

I just confirmed Desktop and MT4 have been up since 5:11 PM EST and live trades were being executed.....did you call the trade desk or just post on FF?

If you called the trade desk, what did they tell you?

Hey MikeX,

Desktop live account is just that, a desktop live account - it has no affiliation with mt4. If you want to view charts in MT4, you'll need a demo or live MT4 account.

I have a MT4 account, 2 sell stops haven't executed, I have been trying to open live trades and the messages always the same: during the first half hour: "no connection", but I was connected, the second half hour: "off quotes".

I have contacted with the metatrader support at 17:30 and tell me that they were "looking for liquidity", literally, and tell me that in a few minutes I will can trade, but I still didn't can after an hour.

Today I still cannot trade, I have call again to the Metatrader support service and they have told me that I have to call to another number to reset my RSA key, I have called and they have sent me a new password and at least I can trade...

Justin I'm only 1 week in MBT and I have had a lot of problems, problems opening trades, problems to close trades and now problems with the account.

Since I began to trade with MBT I have lost money with these problems, I always give a month to test a broker with the minimum deposit before to make the real deposit. I hope you fix those problems with MT4 because I have disappointed with other 2 brokers and I don't want to look for another again, but if problems persist I will go to another broker.

Looks like most of the problems are MT4 related ...go for MBT Navigator if you don't really need MT4

Please confirm, as of right now you can place trades correct?

I apologize the immediate response on Sunday wasn't to reset your RSA key per support, but you should be good to go now.

Hi Justin, I have your forex demo for MT4. Do you also offer a demo for stocks as well?

I've heard other people say this, but I use the MT4 strictly for charting and the Navigator to place trades. I have had no problems.

Yes, now I can trade with no problem, I'm gonna give another chance to MBT's MT4, but probably I will open a Navigator account to test it too, it seems for the comments of other customers that works better. Regards.

Yea, MBT Nav with eSignal On Demand is awesome. It costs $45.00 a month, offers integrated trading, excellent charting and seems to be far more reliable than MT4.

Does anyone have current experience of what Ninja Trader works like with MBT......fills, stability, ??? I understand it is $50 month for Ninja....any other opions, recent experience please?

I've only used their free version(so I'm not sure about fills) which was still pretty cool. The only problems I had was that it was a little harsh on pc resources and indies are a pain to put together. But otherwise, pretty neat. Stability seemed pretty good as well.

We do offer a demo for Stocks; you can visit: Getting Started to complete the demo forms. If you have already created a universal log in, you can simply log in and create an additional demo for Stocks.

Stocks demo would be for Desktop and Desktop Pro only.

NT is one of our longest and most trusted partners from a reliability standpoint. We have hundreds of customers using it in conjunction with MBT that are very happy and if you are looking for historical data, their NT7 beta has historical data from us going back many years.

I have used NT with MBT.
One major drawback with current release (6.5) is that, if for whatever reason MBT Nav gets disconnected, you have to manually log out from it and reconnect...no good if you use to let the platform running unwatched at times...
