it hasnt cross yet but the blue n red line are no longer moving in the same direction. it moves towards each other

Good evening Boys!

I want to share another fresh tool based on the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo:

IchiTrend SR v1.0

with this indi we are able to easly find Support and Resistance over the chart based on three choises:

Kijun Sen
Tenkan Sen
Senkou Span

This indicator is very experimental tool and I will be glade to all of you for your feedbacks and support in developping it!

To illustrate the use of chikou trend lines as exit strategy.
We have an entry on the 5m eurusd
Conditions - close candle above cloud and CCI(200)>50 were met.
Now change the chart to a line chart and draw the trend lines
Decide which trend line you are going to use.
Once you have a price close below the trend line you exit.

or you can wait for a trendline break on the first line and then have a look at the higher timeframe before you exit. You may just be on a higher timeframe breakout and then it may be better to wait for a break of the second trendline.

A very quick and little update for this tool

Added some useful functions:

-now you can set a different color for the SR lines
-the SR lines have now a text labels that show the type and the timeframe of origin

HI Paulus,

a little bit confused about the highlight word, should it "Price enter cloud and then above on the 5min" ?

if the price enter cloud from below, does it not qualify for Long?

Hi henry the cloud is resistance if price enters from below then to short gives me that resistance above my trade.

Other factors have to line up for it to be a valid signal as shown in my chart

just another chart on a smaller time frame. The M5 with the mtf stoch setting of M15. "x" mark indicates loss and ticks indicates profits. just another way to get out and re-enter. no signal that's against the kumo bias is taken.

The interesting for me, in the past before I start to be friend with ichi, I worked a lot with mtf stoch. But after it, I forgot the stoch all. May be they can help each other! http://cdn.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
