What is it about 95? It's almost as if there's an invisible wall keeping price in check. What will Asia do? Play catch up or count it all as joy?

If this run in Uncle Buck is the real deal, 87 looks like a possible target. 83 got hit and ran through with authority. Where could that leave the Euro? 1.24? 1.19?

Thanks for your comment. I agree with you that retrace is possible and most probably it will occur, here I am interested in the close, price is now below the DSRI I mentioned in my previous post and the momentum is very strong downwards, however what I wanted to point is that there is number of important SR and DSRI lines, see what happens around it.

Honestly, I think that is a valid question. What is it about 95? Not really anything relative to other possible targets....hmmmmmm

LOL - We'll see. The pundants have the Euro breaking up and have us all trading in Lira again. And that's the best they can do....a higher high???

C'mon.
I am waiting for one of Strat's three markets conditions. So far Eurusd may be one of them. I am sure Strat is watching it too. I am also sure that Blackeagle is also watching nzdchf.

The Fartman (Dennis Gartman) basically said so on CNBS.Com. I think he was quoted as saying the Euro was toast. You know when everyone is on the same side of the boat, it sinks. Come on now.

On a serious note, it might really be game over for fiber. The technicals don't suggest that from a Big Boss perspective, but the systemic liquidity situation sure suggests it.

Indeed, I have been itching to post about volumes, but that is not a favored analysis here. Honestly though, if any of you are interested, the volumes the last week or so are ominously accurate in underwhelming the EUR rallies and magnifying the downslides....will that analysis tell us when things are exhausted? probably....slap a volume analysis on the USDJPY dogi that started the rally from 86. My sense at the moment is that the downward velocity has slowed in both the Aussie and the EURO if it will sustain through the London session into a daily signal. Actions on that depend on one's view of the longer term charts.

All speculation aside tonight, just trade your entry patterns against your assessment of the longer term view....and then protect yourself. That is how your longer term trades will start. When everyone else is on board, enjoy the bubble and perpare to exit.

As Alexandra mentioned this pair requires technical trading and as such downmove is the flavour of the year so far. On the weekly price broke through demand DSRI which started in 2005, then 2008 and 2009.

I have written this previously, but this is one of those occassions that challenges the PA trading method. When a violently unidirectional market meets a reasonable long term support line, what does one do? The truly stress free trader who wishes to reverse must wait for stop to nbe hit or for all the charts to line up. The aggressive trader may step in but is more prone to being squashed. What type of candle must one see to call the S/R held? A bounce? A reversal? A retest? A MA switch?

We see this in both directions between EUR and AUD.
