They say they are an ECN, but the reality is you are trading first with all the users. Not banks. This is why you will see a sell or buy stop taken in before the pricing ever gets there. So let's all recap what you are saying for fun.
1) You've been with them for 3 years.
2) You think you are trading only with other users (which is what an ECN is in the first place).
3) You don't think they have banks?
4) You think you are getting bad fills on stops?
If you actually don't understand that they show you bank and ECN customer quotes combined, you haven't been with them for 3 years. Epic fail.

I second (third, fourth?) the notion that MT4 is becoming very unreliable. I was a very happy customer before the last 3-4 weeks. A few times an order will hang for 30-40 seconds, and occasionally it has happened where it will not go through at all, giving me an "off quotes" error over and over. Never used to happen, my guess is possible a huge influx of new clients that their system isn't ready to handle.. Seems like the only logical reasoning for me.
Either way, reliability needs to be solved.. and quick.

I've got a new issue with MBTrading's MT4 platform. I've had a buy-stop order on GBP/JPY that's been unfilled for the last, oh I don't know, 15 minutes or so.
I had a buy-stop at 143.30 that's been sitting in the yellow, "I'm about to touch off!", zone for the last little while. I try to enter at market rates, nothing but "off quotes". Can't enter a buy-limit order to try and enter underneath either. Bueller?
I am only seeing "TDFX" as counterparty on my demo

His screenshot was unique. It happened a year or so ago. They came up one weekend without the destinations masked. They generally don't show anyone the other side of a trade (you or me or the banks). It just shows TDFX. That's the ARCA model from stock trading in the late 1990's.
Again, another example of the unreliable MT4 platform from MB Trading. Been frozen now for over 5 minutes. IBFX @1.3284 on the EURUSD and MB Trading @1.3291. Hard to trade using this.

I assume that you called the desk to report the trade and got it fixed? If not, can you contact me via private or email with your account info so I can research the trade? Send order ID too please.
Its not always the broker but your internet connection, also it is a well know fact that brokers do not have an identical feed since they have different liquidity providers. Thats how the genius strategy managed to suck in a few unlucky customers a year ago. I have their live mt4 and to say that they worse than your other broker I can't since, you get problems with everyone.
