MT4 vs FXCM Charts don't match

MT4 and FXCM trading station candle charts don't match for me using 4hr candles. Other time frames are ok. Any input?

I believe this topic has been done before.
MT4 open and close time for candles are most likely a little different from FXCM station open and close time.

The broker might be the same, BUT both platforms are from different company.

Note: the prices are ok between the 2 charting systems. Only candles not same.
