The close is good as it relates to the previous bar, also how many bars it engulf is a good factor as well. Although swing high (BEOBs) won't engulf too many.

Heres a nice sizable BEOB on the same pair. Moving to B/E held up for a good amount of pips, better at the previous bar low or above the 1.7000.

No worries my friend, i had the same feeling with with GBP/USD, AUD/USD and began selling on wednesday only to stop me out and then drop like a rock. lol

Timing and patience is so important. But the good thing is every failure makes us smarter.

On FXCM, neither it wsa PB nor it was a BEOB. It is a GOOD Doji..

I'm currently short GBP/JPY H4 BEOB on a small retrace (see chart). Looking good so far...

yes it didnt close as a BEOB (FXPro live feed). the turn around happened around 40minutes or so of the H4 bar. the H4 close was similar to your chart (a doji).
apparently, gbpchf still has some 'bullish steam' in it.
