Great Idea. This is what happens when one gets too click happy and does not pay attention to where the thread is being started, as it was my intention to put this under strading systems, does anyone have any idea how to move it. Thanks

Hi Endroute,

Do you determine your exits based on a certain setup of your template? What do you usually mean on stop reverse levels?
Please forgive me, I am a kind of newbie here.

Best bet is to manually backtest the method and forward test on a demo.

Bottom line is the method works.

Yes, You are right. Due to its simplicity I hope it will work fine. Will try soon and also try to code EA.

wow this is a blast from the past, I thought this thread died with the dinosaurs, it is very cool that is still alive and kicking. It was definitely a good simple strategy

Some time simple strategies are the best. Easy to understand how it works and also why in certain circumstances it didn't work. Good for people new to Forex and trading to work with and then eventually develop their own strategies.

WoW...This thread is in the right forum.

Simple Dimple... Why complicate things ? I have been trading for a long time and in the past got caught up with complicated strategies and indicators.

Forget them. I have come to the conclusion that simple is best and most pro traders use simple effective strategies.

This thread is one of them. Of course 100 different traders will get different results trading the same set of rules...etc... BUT with this method if you follow exactly what EndRoute has outlined it's pretty easy to knock off a bunch of pips daily with it. NO need for an EA or a bunch of other indi's. It works as is.

Quit trying to complicate things and milk every pip out of the market. Stop looking for every new system out their find one that works Like this.... Adapt it to fit your style if needed and STICK to it.

Just my two cents.

Not currently I have migrated toward trading using price action and a couple moving averages and trading on smaller time frames. There is nothing wrong with this system in fact it is painfully simple and profitable I just migrated to other strats to get in earlier on moves and just ended up sticking with them, here is a newsflash from someone who has been there done that you should not worry about such things

could you tell couple words about your results? Did you have losing months or only profitable? How many pips?
