Hi guys,
I am borderline retarded when it comes to coding, so was hoping one of you geniuses could help me with a very simple addition to an existing moving average crossover EA i have found.
I was wondering if someone could provide me with an example of exactly what code is needed, and exactly where to put it to achieve the following:
- Make the EA check for trade entry on the 2 bars after the MA cross is confirmed.
- Only Enter a trade if a custom indicator is returning a value of > 0 on bar close, as a pre trade filter....
- Only Enter a trade if RSI is > x for longs and < y for shorts on the bar close...
I understand that this is probably REALLY simple, but i really cant get my head around it. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
I cant seem to attach the mql4 file (sorry PC playing up) but it is Ronald Rayguns Generic MA Crossover Version 2... if you google that you will find it pretty quick.
I know this is a bit of an ask... but if you have the time i would greatly appreciate your help.
Thanks!
