hey if i was you guys i would consider the sushiroo session tonight. when it pops it will be hard and huge. since the interest is still here after europe closed. (when it happens is unknown but we got late interest atm)

I just use trendlines and switch a lot around tfs. Look in this thread and my charts. I use trendlines, pps and fibo. Trendlines king, though. Have another screen with sars, emas and sometimes Ichimoku. Just to see where possible s/r lines are or if the trend is supported by sars. I have three sars with different setups. Short, medium, long. If you look at my dragon screen the orange sar is the shortest, yellow is standard settings and cyan is long term sar. Play with it and some settings, if you like.

If you like you may setup some sars with different settings. Then look for the price to hit the sars. If the sar hits one, often it hits the other one close by later. Not my strat right now but I would try it if my strat would not work. There are a lot of strats possible. You just need to find one and then stick with it. Don't look for other opinions or something. Put earsticks in and close your eyes while trading. Just focus on the charts. I just look for some mechanic tricks here in mm from some or how they see the bigger outlook. Not a base to my trading, though.

Man, that's amazing... Earnings reports starting to come in this week, let's see if it starts a fire and creates the dreaded "FEAR" again. Double dip anyone?

Hey I know you trade the Eur/Nzd... I was looking at shorting that pair (Close to the upper 4hr TL) but was wondering what impact Oil normally has on it. The next few weeks could see a sell off in Oil due to bad Earnings reports so I'm just wondering.

Although once people open their eyes to how weak the Euro zone really is it probably wouldn't matter... The Euro will still be weaker.

They can't help but look better than last year. The question is 'as gator sugested'...can they make the mkt believe it is anything worthwhile and sustainable. Like here, the big money trades on the prices they can make the small money believe. So if John Q. is gulible enough they will streach this run out for another week or so. If not...we may have a problem..

Right, I don't know how earnings reports will come in the next few weeks but I do expect them to fall very short of expectations.

The Dow continues to move up and then falls off a cliff to catch everyone with their pants down. I expect blood over the next few weeks but only time will tell. Does anyone really expect companies to be booming right now? Yeah, we had some positive job numbers (mainly census workers) but I don't think that curve will reflect in 1Q earnings.

That being said I do see the trend in jobs has been moving up and with an election year at hand I expect them to continue but I do not expect good earnings this round. 2Q I would as we get closer to elections.

turn your clock back 4 minutes and you will see my attitude...Point being: I don't think your trendline is drawn right??? Friday's close on my chart just touched the line, and therefore our little northward forray may not be valid. If so, the trend is in great shape.

against usd both are ripe. but sl would be above the highest candle. or build a wedge and place sl above cross. against euro may be the best bang for buck but thats a unkown.. because both will lose value at the same time. last time euro gained on aud.. but i doubt it would happen again like that with europes problems. if aud falls and cad rises 800 pips would just cover the wedge. but there is room for thousands of pips verses usd. i was thinking it would happen here..on dow if we get there. gold 1208.8.. but oil may already have topped. usdx is not in agreement yet. but that because of greece crap...

My statment was meant as opinion not as critique. My charting is very basic. What I meant by "setting your clock back 4 min. Was that I would like the TL better if you rotated it counterclockwise a bit.

Right, well I've started to build in some U/Cad longs but for now I've got my SL tighter than I normally would play (below the low this year, or around 50 pips from here)... It looks like this may be a good place for it to create a weekly higher low, but only time will tell... I'm not building strong yet on that pair but have built in some a little lower than where we are currently.

The reason I asked about EZ was because I haven't really traded that pair much at all and I was wondering what impact a fall in Oil (rise in USD) would have if any... Yeah I would def. put stops above that recent High/4hr TL.
