I’ve also been looking through the Aspectarian “Help”. The 2 sections that are highlighted below might be worth mentioning. If you’re using natal dates in the 1700s, you should download the ephemeris files for those years. Here’s an old post that describes how to do it:

The other highlighted section describes the second (indented) line of the aspect description. The “speed” refers to how many degrees the planet moves in 24 hours. The “==> days” tells you how many days (or sometimes hours) it takes to move one full degree. You can use this info along with the GMT “aspect exact” time in the first line, to time the aspects using an orb. One degree from exact might be a good starting place.
Also discovered you can edit the Help file. All you really need to do is make the changes right there in that window, then press “Save help file” and tell it to overwrite the existing version. Any notes or hints you want to keep can be saved in it. You can also delete the Help stuff you don’t need (like for progressions).
