My trade, I think this one within the rules. TC from 21 with the trend, price closed above resistanse, 365 is a good target.
I dont trade the GbpJpy but this was an excellent Market Rhythm trade. If you look at the bigger picture you will find That there was a long term trendline broken with a pullback to it and then a TC on the 21ema. The main factor was to determine the possible profit target. The previous high as well as the Fib 161% was a possibility. The 365ema was also good but because of the moment change when that trendline was broken I would have expected a nice move therefore my Fib extension.

Hi, I mainly took the trades because the MACD changed color, and entered at the opening of the next candle. I plan an early exit because price seems to be heading to the 365 EMA, after it breaks out that pink trendline, in my opinion.

Im out of both trades now.

I see... It is good that you are out of the trades, as the situation on the 4h is very vague.

Please, remember, we do not trade on MACD, because it is the road to disaster. MACD was introduced by Phillip only as a trigger for the trade.

First you have to do you analysis in terms of the rhythm. There are beautiful lessons by Phillip and WG on this. Look at the MA's and try to see what the price is likely to do. When the price starts doing what you thought, look at the MACD for the signal as confirmation of the trade.

For me euro is very uncertain, theoretically we are in a down trend, but I see no clear direction so far. Let's see what it is going to do at the level 1.3400.
Pound is in an up trend, but there is divergence, gap is closed. JPY pairs are better and USD/CAD too, there is a clear trend, so I am waiting for the pullback. So far I am sitting on the sidelines.

Are you looking for pullback on USDJPY daily chart? 4hr EMA21 just broke with trend line support broken too.

The move up was quite steep so I would expect a big pullback - perhaps to the 21 EMA on the DAILY.

I'm not sure. Can we consider this as ZB entry to short? There is like nothing below 21MA now. 89 is very far. Looks like a good reward to risk.
