DislikedNice trade and charts. Now we just need you to get up at 1AM to find those on the late Asian and London open!
Ive been a lurker on your thread, and learned quite a bit, thanks for the lessons so far, keep up the good work.Ignored
DislikedI woke up too late for the perfect entry (in Singapore so the Asia open is a little early) but got in at 5075 on a MA retouch when I decided it looked to be trending. The hardest part for me is now, when the trade is slowing, but not reversing. I tend to sell way to early and miss the big moves, which I need to offset the occasional inexperienced trade. Decided to lock this one in at +30 and let it go, at least until the news in an hour or so, unless PA is clearly turning.Ignored
DislikedI personaly favor e/j trades during Asia anyway. has the yen in the mix. Just makes sense to me.Ignored
DislikedHi Ken, thanks for all of the great info. I'm a newbie and find your thread very helpful. Especially useful are the charts and flash cards you have put together. I have been reading the pdf(I know you didn't write it)...on surfing the 5 minute charts....quick question. On small waves...the ones where you put your entry order at the top or bottom of wave after a small pull back. Do you wait until the candle has closed above or below...or just put your order in to enter when that price is reached? Thanks again for sharing your knowledge!Ignored
DislikedJust when price pulls back at least 3 pips . ( Feel it would need to be further) But we are talking about very small swings of 5 to 20 pips Max.. So can't pull back much or we would use variation 2. Even then a swing between 20 and 40 pips the 50% Fib level is 20 or less so a pullback around 5 to 10 is all you could wait for.
Hope this helps. KenIgnored
DislikedKen, the print in the green box on the chart at 452 is too small to read even with a magnifying glass on my computer. The other posts with print on charts I can read with a magnifying glass.Ignored
DislikedHi, Ken
I have encountered same issue as this guys.
4h and 1h, it was bearish. but in 15m, it was a nice 35/50 ma cross. how will you handle this issue.
Actually, every time 15m 35/50ma forms a good opportunity, it will conflict with 1hr or 4h time frame.
