The question is way to broad to answer specifically. Which market/s are you refering to as there are some that are bullish, others bearish and naturally some that are consolidating. Also a reference to timeframe may also help clarify what you are looking for.

Hi t0masi and welcome. Razor Trader is right as usual but if someone said to me EUR/USD is ranging I would think of the daily and expect it to look a bit like the period 18/2 - 11/3 .
