Its still below the TL. I can't say I know the shorts will prevail, but i do know they will try and get scared and weak shorts to cover.

Hi all,

Just a quick note I can see that now a lot of traders have gone short and are in excruciating pain due to this as the train on Aussie does not stop.

As long as we do not close above 0.9240 in the next 4 hours. I think we will see a short swipe down...

Everyone is on the long board train even cot has changed to 55%...
We have some new order flows around 0.9150 so Lets see what happens...
As I said 4 Hours...
If you are swing trading stops above 0.9270 should be good enough..atleast for the retracement.

Till Last night I was in denial of this move as it is a low volume move...during this move up I cannot see one big bank who has bought in...so I have my doubts about this move.

That's what I want to believe - but having seen a few reversal candles form yesterday only to see the subsequent price action blow past them, I'm pretty sceptical.

I think you're right in that it's slowing down and that if it's going to turn around anywhere, it'll be someplace before 0.9250 - but I'm just not getting excited early reversal signals anymore.

Well, time to go get my lunch - let's see the charts will make me choke on my food by the time I get back...

Thanks for pointing this out to me - the correlation between the Aussie and the gold is clear, as are the implications of the gold surge slowing down (as it appears to be on the Daily chart, although it seems to be stuck in a range on 4H).

if this hourly candle will become an inverted hammer after it close, then it adds to my confirmation of reversal or maybe just consolidation. and will be right for me to liquidate my last position

I opened 3 position yesterday at 9050 around 10 am aussie time and i closed 1 position at my first target at 9080, trailed my stops. closed 2nd position at 9130, trailed my sl and let 3rd position run, and closed it just recently at 9200... my eyes are tired now happy trding you all.

this is the classic approach... when you are in the right direction, don't get out with the position not until it makes a Uturn

I posted yesterday that the bias was a long day because the open yesterday was higher than the pivot point.
