DislikedI looked at that earlier and looks like the USD is showing a little more strength than Euro on the 4 hour chart anyway.

EUR/AUD - that was just like a train during the Asian session, did anyone get in on that?

DislikedHello All,
A regular contributor to this thread has asked me to post the indicator for MT4. I thought while I was at it, I would provide other related information.
First, here are 2 links to a number of good videos.

DislikedLooking at exactly the same. On a general note, I also found it useful to look at the indices to get an additional feel of the general direction each currency could take for the day.Ignored
Dislikedhey are we setting up for the 123 on eu using 4h and 1h
is that the low forming or am i too early
last time i tried this i jumped the gunIgnored
Dislikedyeah, among others. S&P 500, DAX, FTSE...
Also gold and oil is interesting for aud, nzd and cad.
I just chart them up like I do with currency pairs. And see if price bounces off or breaks some kind of S/R level in those indices. And as you probably realize: if S&P 500 is up the USD is probably going up. Same goes with other indices. But it's just an extra confirmation for me that I am on the right side of the trade, found it useful when I was not sure if it was a good idea to enter a trade.Ignored
DislikedInteresting, here is the hourly chart of the S&P500 compare to the hourly chart of the EU.

Dislikedever consider a chat room?
i can see how this would be an enjoyable way to trade. the 4h and 1h seems to be quick enough that you're not waiting forever, but slow enough that there's not much noise, but long enough that there are lots of pips if you're right.
which RN are we talking about ? we're between 1.35 and 1.34
we're below the 38 fib retracement of the last swing down, the pink dash line on my chart is from december, maybe price wants to head there first cuz its near the 1.35Ignored
DislikedThe moment the S&P 500 started to go up (and still has room to go), the eur/usd started to go down today (beginning of ny session).
In London session it was the DAX going up (as well as the eur/usd), now since the ny session, DAX going down as well as eur/usd.
Of course you can't predict movements from this correlation alone. Just gives a good visual of where price should be heading.
But that's just my opinion. Just wanted to share a bit what else I am looking at.Ignored
DislikedYep I see what your saying, I know there is some correlation there but I had no way of getting the other markets in real time so I never really paid much attention to it, and even the chart I posted I am not sure is real time it might be delayed by years...hahahaha

DislikedOne of the alpari metatrader versions has most major indices, futures and stocks in it. I am not sure which one it is, cause I have that one since a while. But that's how I get the other market information also in real-time.Ignored
