New backround chart design

Can the back ground color of a chart be changed. For example it would be black on top and slowly fade until it is a light blue on the bottom? I just think that would be a neat screen. Is that possible?

Looks like a script which is painting several horizontal lines.

it's an indicator with only 10 short lines of code....h

You can post the code if you like or the indicator.

Not nice to tease. I like to set "steps" to 100 so you dont see color "bars".

btw, did you really write that indicator..... i ask cause cjd is awful close to cja.... and for those not familar with cja, he is one of the worlds top 3 coders......

cjd, your version might be a tad better than mine.... mine is more compact but yours is more flexible and possibly better all around.....h

As far as cja, unfortunately I am not him. I am very familliar with him and have used some of his indicators. He is indeed very talented.

Is it possible to get the colors to go all the way to the right edge instead of just the last candle. I have tried several formulas but havent been able to get any to work.
