try using a longer time frame like 4H or at least 1H at least after implementing your trading plan, you can still do things you want to do like playing guitar or gardening perhaps
Rarely do I pay attention to indicators. I am more of an old school trader.

Now a lot of you are showing descending channels and so what but in essence if you look at the daily it's really just a 500-600 pip range that has gone over or under a tad since October 09.
I know forward thrust is stalling but don't you all think that the only way it's going to crash is if all the indexes crash?
Or Greece or another sovereign does a major default?
