I on the other hand use STUPID leverage so I cant tolerate red pips. There is no space for it within my system.

Of course it bites me sometimes as I usually have to close trades early for the same reason above.

at -10 pips i start sweating.

i dont know what to say, but use 1/3 your leverage and widen stop to 30. i would think -10 pip stop loss would be hard to get in trade

Exert Caution... 1.40 will open the flood gates and im pretty certain thats where most of the lemming have their stops. I could be WRONG though.

but whatever works.. good luck.

good to hear you're short G/J, .... /USD and /JPY pairs, but they don't always go same way same day, but tend to follow each other's paths, i think that today /Wednesday/ is time to start short GJ and later tomorrow/next is time short EU /AU, while it may move at same time, *as it sometimes does, it does sometimes not..... Point is,, Gj is good trade for long-term, u shorted at 139, so did I. The next bullish movement for this pair should be somewhere in the 120's..... We'll have see price next Sunday and see, but I have good feeling by next week USd pairs will be prime to short.

The problem with being a bear is that you are usually wrong but eventually very right.

I use no more than 1:10 portfolio leverage regardless of what the broker offers.. when entering a position the first couple of lots go in, and progressively the others are added as long as I'm in the money. If wrong, the stops are executed without exception.

Recent AUD strength is better described as USD weakness. Having said that I still think we are entering overbought territory. I've been saying for a while that 9250 was the perfect place to sell and now that we are nearly at that point, there does not seem to be any reason to change that view.

Short term it's highly likely we will see 9200 again even if fresh highs are eventually made before the pants really drop.
