Actually nvm , this calulator seems to be wrong , im doing some research atm to find a decent and simple pos size calcultor , will let u know of my results .

That formula is for mini lot...
ichi360's example will be 4.36 mini lot...
if u work backward, 4.36 x 55 pip x $1/pip = $239.80 or ~$240.

This is because the calculator assuming $1/pip. (mini lot)

If we could change the formula to devide by 10 for the lot, that will give the std lot size.

yeah exactly , its calculating based on mini lots ,and not standart ones .The one that i posted is calculating based on standart lots

hi guys.

Frankly I don't manage to set up the xcel files for an apropiate calculation

please find attched some other trading tools that are more logical and easy to use.
or I preffer to calculate the positions by hand.

i am currently waiting for cable's chikou span to break the kumo and will place a long position if my rsi turns green and stochastic crosses up.

Hello everyone!

I love this thread and that's the reason, why I registered here. I'm looking forward to discuss with all of you and sharing information. I'm sure, our Ichimoku is really awesome. I know this indicator allready for a while, but so far I didn't have a chance, to talk about this wonderful system.

The IchimokuWiki.pdf is great, it's the best I have ever read, thank you so much, for posting it and I found some more informations in this document, to improve the scalping strategy.

At the moment I try to read all posts and absorb everthing, you have written - man, that's a lot of stuff, but it's a very cool community and I'm happy, that I found you! :-)

Have a good start into the next week and happy trading!

yes this one I like and quite simple too.

I made few changes though. as now the fields (those I've highlighted with circles) are copied automatically from the top table in order to get the maximum SL we can afford.

Good job guys, good job. nice and handy calc.
