if u didn't and don't have time to read , this sum up the breakout strategy follow this and u will have a winner most of the time .


1. Kijun / Tenkan Cross - The potential crossover in both lines will act in similar fashion to the more recognized moving average crossover. This technical occurrence is great for isolating moves in the price action.

2. Confirm Down / Uptrend With Chikou - Confirming that the market sentiment is in line with the crossover will increase the probability of the trade as it acts in similar fashion with a momentum oscillator.

3. Price Action Should Break Through The Cloud - The impending down/uptrend should make a clear break through of the cloud of resistance/support. This decision will increase the probability of the trade working in the trader's favor.

I want to make sure I understand when to exit correctly. If i am trading the 4 hour timeframe then I should be looking at the 1st Cs above or below on the daily chart as away to determine my exit? is this right or wrong.

There is some shift in Sentiment which may very well be Short living but quiet visible on at least the 4H timeframe. Caution is suggested for those who are already Short or looking at add further short positions until the 1.3428 holds as the Support level for EURUSD and 1.4980 for GBPUSD …


The USD Index has been struggling against the Kumo Cloud on Weekly Chart and the current strength in EUR and GBP is the direct result of USDX’s weakness. Next Support for USDX is expected at 79.43 level …

I have not traded this system but I know a Trading Room who trades on this logic and gets highly accurate results.

I'm not sure if I've understood your question about adding another position even if the Candle is RED ... how would you know that the current candle is going to close as a Negative Candle (I hope this is what you meant by Red) ?

Thanks for answering my question I got it mixed up I was thinking about the close of the candle instead of the opening of a new candle and your right I wouldn't know what the close would be. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.

I will be looking to take a short position next week, anywhere around 1.5250 - 1.5300 on the daily chart as there is a congestion of resistance there i.e 50%fibo, 21ema, kijun approaching this level and descending trendline as shown on the chart.

Overall trend on the daily is still bearish hence my bias.

I see in your charts you are using a "scalping system" would it be poss to have this as a download indicator for Meta?

Also could I put myself forward to join the Turtle group when its up and running.

Hi guys, awesome thread and many thanks to Vic, Itchi360, Adipati for the great work. I've been around for some time, and as I said before Ichimoku is a beautiful piece of art and it needs to be appreciated with respect.
For all new guys popping in, Ichimoku or the Ichi-turtle group won't save you from loosing your money, so pay more attention to money and risk management, be patient, read more on FOREX,respect the market and don't stop dreaming.
