guys is there any version of THV MTF or SwissArmyMixedhisto allow to use chart Symbol() i mean for example i wanna see on GBPJPY chart the THV of GBPUSD .. etc

i couldn't find any.. i found some stuff mq4 that i might be able to modify on it to add this option but some advance stuff like the SwissArmyMixedhisto and the THV4 all on ex4 ..

How can you omit the M30 and M60, and keep all other TF, as well as Miss Pips, Lag, and Trend?

In imputs, cannot figure how to do this. Your help would be appreciated. I see it showing in some postings, so it must be able to do.

Try downloading again. There have been many successful installations. Sometimes the file doesn't download properly.

Thanks for the reply. I made this several times. The download and unzip process completed successfully, but when I run the file it crash with system message: " THV Installer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. "

I did not program the installer so I don't know why it would crash. Did you try installing v3? It is what I use and it works just fine. Not as fancy as v4 but does the job. Perhaps one of the others on the team has a better solution for the installer.


Here's a trade I took today.

Note that it is a hidden divergence trade and also a 1-2-3 trade after the rainbow flips (three higher highs or lower lows followed by a 6 point signal or a trix cross) so therefore I don't need the M5 fast in the direction of the trade.

Note also that the settings are slightly different on the histos - this is still an experiment to see if I can get better entries using the M1 HA but the rules are not firm yet. This trade would have been a valid 6 point divergence trade using the old rules too.

This is the only trade I took today since I didn't have Internet all day until just now.

No, there is not. I've posted lots of info on why you can't backtest with the mtf indies and also about the 'repainting' issue, so if you want more info about why this is the case please see my previous posts as I'm sure people get tired of reading the same thing over and over.

Try this version of the THV T3 Trix MTF.


When Autopair is true (default) the trix will use the values on the chart. When it is false you can select which pair it should use.

Set "ShowInacAlarms" to false
Only the ones set to true will then shown.

I am not too sure what you are asking. Thus, I have extracted what is in the manual for you here. Can't explain it any better than what is written in the manual.

UseTrailPriceByPercentage
This option was added based on the idea from Bemac of Forex Factory. It allows trailing behind price by a percentage of floating profit (PercentageTrailBehindPrice) after accumulating a minimum amount of pips (MinPipsToActivate). It is a more advance form of trailing stop.

Use_Preceding_TP
This option is used together with trailing stops to move Target Profit (TP) to precede price. What it means is that your TP is constantly adjusted to be ahead of the price by the number of pips you set together with your trailing stop adjustments making trailing stops and preceding target work in tandem. The advantage this has over a standard static TP is that if market moves and your trailing stop start trailing price, it will eventually hit your standard static TP limiting your profit. Imagine as market moves, your SL and TP are both moving and shifting with price. This will maximize your profit for major market moves.

 ** Never use the default settings that came with the EA. It was used in testing only. **
