I hope this time it can get its ass down to 8790 by the US open Been holding this from 9000 and the swaps are eating into my profits and i'm getting impatient

Possibly some more oscillation around 8900 this afternoon, but US market tonight is likely to be directional. Look forward to it..

I am holding 2 shorts from 93 back in january, so far 51 pips worth of profit per contract eaten by the swap!

I'm sure you use SL's, but just be prepared for that, even though there's 75% chance it'll hit your TP. Mainly, because in 2008, USD/JPY wasn't really affected... The only thing that makes me think USD/JPY may be time for reversal is because it has all-time lows of 80 from 1995. Japan and US have similarities in economies, both in poor shape.

for long-term, eur/cad has no swap, it may be one to look at for, not sure bottom's yet, but if not, it's close

Hi mate, I closed my shorts on DOW and Gold from the other night with a healthy size of PIPS in the pocket. Closing the EU/US as well now with 200 pips. So far this week has been PIPS Galore, but dont want to miss out on the massive move down on the DOW as well. On my Astrological charts I have a massive move down between now and the 2nd of March on the DOW and another one between 12th and 15th March.Technically and fundamentally I cannot support the pattern. At the moment though I have cleared all my positions waiting for the next set up on DOW. Any Ideas?

sorrry interrupt, but i have many reason techincally be bearish on dow, usd bullish is very bearish dow, recession, double dip, all of the above, it's gonna happen, people have been waiting for it since the last fall

I thought the dow might have put in a higher move tonight but with current setups that is not going to happen, if it started trading above 10326 then that might play out or 1100 on the S&P (March futs). I am holding aud shorts ranging from between 93-89 and S&P shorts at 1146 and I added some June contracts today at 1099.
