The reason for this is that US indicies should move back up over the next few days and the eu should also move back up. As long as by the open next week we are under the weekly PP (currently 8951) the downtrend is intact and will continue in March towards the yellow lows currently 8604.

Aussie Pivot Point is : .8953 and tomorrow expected high could be 0.8970 and low could be 0.8850

I think that au has posted its high for this up move, but the move down on the US indicies was a typical Tuesday pattern that should lead to higher prices on Wednesday/Thursdays session (around 1115), also the eu has a pattern to complete higher to 1.3788. If the indicies continue down on Wednesday then obviously i'm wrong but until then thats the highest probability move for me.

Well. The Euro is a little oversold, however, Aud is overbought, as u can look at long-term eur/aud chart and see that. Regarding Eur/Usd it looks like it has a bit more room to down side in my opinion.

hi amyc, I'm superbearish on stocks, look at DJI, find R at 61%, just pressing the R>S which wont last till the end of this week
next leg down- whether its an ABC correction or 2nd wave of a 5 count impulse

btw- I have a pdf of the Precheter's Global Market Perspective for 2010, all the markets and currencies long term- who likes it send me pm-email- because I cant upload it here

I am super bearish on stocks as well but just not today. The way I look at stocks is when there has been a weekly close on its highs like last week and bouncing off the green highs on Friday (10409) then the Monday and Tuesday will be a 2 day reversal pattern down into the green lows before moving up, which happened last night, down into 10248. If this was bearish it would have broken the green lows not found support. Nothing to say it can't continue down on Wednesday but probability says back up again.
Bottom chart is daily, I am looking for it to touch at least 10465 then head down.
