I think your brightness Monitor is too much, and try to use more dark colors (black is better) for desktop background, Meta trader background, never used of white on background.

use a grey as background of your charts better than white or black ... don't stay in the dark ... and stop smoking eucalyptus ... I know the last think is difficult for a Koala but euca is no good for your eyes ...

If you have red eyes in front of your screen ...
