yeah, important in trading is always the win loss and the risk reward ratio. The higher your average risk reward ratio, the lower your win loss ratio can be. Since we are all human beings and make mistakes in trading or something unexpected happens, we cannot really control the win loss ratio perfectly. But what you always can control is the risk reward ratio by just taking trades that meet your minimum risk reward ratio requirement.
So, to be on the safe side, just take trades that have a very high risk reward ratio.
Example: if you have a R:R of 5:1, you can make 5 mistakes before your account would turn negative. Thus the win loss is not so important anymore, since you have such a high R:R on every trade.

I have that pair at 142 pips since Feb 9th, so I am not sure how he could have made 300 pips if he has been in it since the the 9th of Feb. And 142 pips is from the low on the Feb 9th to the high of today??

Custos, thanks for the refresher on R-R . So when the trades are taken in the direction of the trend then we can have better/bigger reward compared to the risk ..

LOL You guys are still going on over a simple mathematical error, anyone could have made that mistake.

Have any of you guys ever used the IWCR method? I have used it along with the method we use and when I do use it it has some pretty good results. I have just been daytrading so much I kind of forgot about it.
