Here is a current trade I have taken , the gbpusd was kinda docile with US holiday on Monday happy pips to all , I have a 1st tgt at 1.5764 which was last weeks high, well within range of the gbpusd s daily range, above that 1.5840 which is a level from a daily chart, good trading to all. cheers

Took profit on most longs just above yesterdays high rest were stopped out shortly after, took shorts before the news at the H4 pivot level (1.5718) 1st tgt is the weekly open at 1.5670 2nd would be todays open 1.5656, will monitor if and when those tgts are reached.

Daddy likey. Squeezy, my entry was at .8800 and my stop loss was at .8760, just below the top of the previous pin bar on 2-10. Sorry, it took so long to get back to ya my man.

If the retracement doesn't come, that's peachy! Positions are in and we're counting our blessings.

4. The price is moving away from our level

When we see this we have a resistance level that has not been tested as support.

This is our pattern.
Just want to bump WMD's summary...to help keep the thread on track with the OP's methodology and approach.

He's around, but honestly, he's already given you everything that you need. Just study, test, study, test, study, test. It's all there my man. The studying and testing have a deeper value than just seeing if it'll work out or not and that value comes in the form of confidence.

You know that already, I just wrote it for the people who may be newcomers to the market yet. Have a good week brother. I'll post in anything that ends up looking nice. So far, it's just about the aussie and that's it. Usd/chf made a break out and retest lower, but I'd hardly claim that as a trade setup given this method alone.

I hear you, my friend! Thanks for you posts and charts!

I was kind of hinting at some who's charts are a bit indy-heavy for the thread and who's trade analysis, though good, seem to have little to do with the OP's approach.

Just wanting to re-focus the thread a bit.

Hi,

I wondered if I got this right. Could this lead to a short when the previous support, now resistance holds?
Do you think my support area is at the right place?

i found the euro yen on the daily. exited now for 30 pips. nice!!!


edit: fyi.... got rid of ma's, bollingers and fibos to stay in tune with the thread. put them back on after posting the pic.

here is one i just watched occur earlier today ..... didnt trade it but just watched .... training my eyes for now my conservative entry while watching was off the 15mins tf when it bounced off now support area, there was PA to go long
