GM - thank you. Also quite interesting the difference in consumer liquidity and bank liquidity providers as I sometimes look for that ( Dukascopy graph ). Shows bank liquidity & professionals are more long on usdjpy than consumers.

My wish that we see a quick and sharp rise in USDJPY at least takes a long time, it seems.

As to steep angles . I remember Tim said that Mod Schiffs work so well for FX because it is often range bound, followed by breakouts.

Only small moves on eu for me today, as long as 1.3845 is not broken decisively to the upside.

bigpipn : ensign is 50 USD/mo. for FX only included ( fxcm & dbfx feeds ). or you can add datafeeds like esignal extra. hope that helps.

i pay for Ensign $49.99 and esignal datafeed $100, if u just need Ensign then 49.99 and it come with free FXCM data feed or DBFX.

Thanks, I´ve redrawn my chart gbpusd like yours and I should have seen that earlier. Instead I was so conviced that a major bottom was confirmed that I took a long/buy position much too early....aaargh. Second time I got stopped out on GU today, only minilots but still stupid.

Only shows a) look at warning lines, and b) zoom out for finding the top pivot of the whole move down ?!

That's ok, practice will make things closer to perfection (though we'll never get there). I wouldn't go as far as asserting longing the said pair was incorrect. It really depends on, from my charts, whether your take was going for the Down Sloping Violet Red or the Up Sloping Black Andrew's sets. Both were and are controlling the gyrations of price actions. Pattern makeups are quite important, just a gentle reminder. We at times tend to forget this important aspect of trading and put our full concentration on the precisions of the Andrew's Lines. I have had my shares of committing such obvious mistakes. Take care.

Edited: O yes, I agree. Zooming out to gain perspective of a chosen time frame, personally, is VERY important to get the proper sets of Andrew's Lines.

Miss all EUR related down move today because I was away from my pc. Got only the bounce on EUR/USD for few pips.

Price act respectfully the upper line...
